A 35-year-old man was arrested on an attempted kidnapping charge after he tried to grab a child who was selling lemonade on May 23 in Vancouver, Washington, police said. Getty Images/iStock photo An 11-year-old selling lemonade escaped from a stranger trying to kidnap them in Washington, police said. The child had set up a lemonade stand outside their apartment Tuesday, May 23, the Vancouver Police Department said in a news release. At about 7 p.m., a 35-year-old man walked up to the child's stand and started talking to them, police said.
